All prices include electricity, heating, linen and towels
There is no Value Added Tax
Short break prices are three fifths the weekly price for one, two or three nights and four fifths the weekly price for four nights.

Conditions of Letting
1) Bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday. Please telephone Rachel Liddell on 01386 438833 if you require alternative dates.
2) Deposit: A deposit of £100 for each week booked is required with the booking form.
3) The Balance: is due five weeks prior to the commencement of the letting period booked.
4)If you are forced to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
If we are able to secure another booking in its place we will return the rent obtained minus an administration fee of £20.
If we are forced to cancel your booking we will return the rent you have paid us and make every effort to find you an alternative let.
5)The Accommodation is available from any time after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.30 am on the day of departure.
6)The occupier is responsible for the property and contents during the let.
7)The owner can accept no liability for loss or damage to any vehicle or effects brought on to the property by the occupier.
8)This is a Holiday Letting and as such is exempt from security of tenure.
9)Telephone and Internet: There is a telephone and the first £5 of calls are free. (If the amount is much larger you will be invoiced for it after your stay.)
The BT phone line may be used for a dial-up Internet connection. A wireless broadband connection can be provided by prior arrangement.
